the room was impressive with beautiful interior and the best bathroom. consistently courteous hotel staff with the receptionist.

Possibly the best and really great stay at Hacienda Del Caribe Hotel.

Loved our stay, had good 3 days overall. There were good beds and an air conditioning, an individual safe and an electronic key card inside the room. The furniture was beautiful and the overall appearance was delightful.

Had wonderful stay at Hacienda Del Caribe Hotel. The room met expectation, impressive with a balcony. Lots of food for breakfast, the food was tasty! It had very central location close to Retro.

It was spotless inside. Room was functional and luxurious, I loved it. Personnel was really BEST, doing their best to assist. Breakfast was tasty; guests were offered eggs, hot waffles and sausages. Nice swimming pool too.

Plenty of great food, I liked it. The hotel had a very central location and it was walking distance to Yucatek Divers.

The room was adequate and the breakfast was fresh made, plenty of options. Absolutely perfect location, walking distance to parking. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was superb.

The location - beautiful and the staff - outstandingly accommodating, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Booked well-kept & silent room with river views.

Exceptional features and stunning location. Excellent unit with fridges and utensils. Outstanding views and gorgeous garden. The hotel was close to the own beach.

We loved the comforts of this prime hotel. The room was extremely pleasant with an astonishing view. Venue staff were more than helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beds, they were good sized, and how very well mannered the staff was. The breakfast had lots of options: coffee, eggs, hot waffles and bangers. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. Fab location, just a short stroll away from Caminarte.

The venue itself is just bad, though it has efficient staff, excellent location.

Wi-Fi was horrible; very limited breakfast.

The hotel was cozy and clean in a beautiful area. Central location. I liked the fact that the room was romantic and bed was really comfy. Got extra breakfast when I needed.

It was a great hotel in Playa del Carmen. The restaurant was located within 300 feet. Room was a good value. Furthermore, I could use free Wi-Fi.
